Its in good condition so will be sold to fund the purchase of new rainwear, as a Share holder you will get a 20% discount per share (to a maximum of 50%) if you bid and win

What will the funds be used for?
Firstly to add video to the site
Purchase some time in a local photo studio so the variety of shoots can be improved, the studio in mind has a special tiled area which would be excellent for 'wet shoots' and especially 'wet and messy' images. It should also be able to shoot content that would be impossible on location!
Increase the number of new images available each week to at least 100
Replace some of the more familiar items of rainwear with new different items Share holders will have a say in what's bought and will have a chance to buy the old items at a discount
